Daniele Iacovelli is an Expert Associate Partner in McKinsey's Operations Practice. With deep knowledge in large scale operational excellence, digital transformations and Production System deployment, he focuses on serving pharma and biopharma companies worldwide. Daniele also leads several initiatives leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools to drive performance, in addition to building the blueprint for an Ind 4.0 / Digital Plant-Of-The-Future.

Prior to McKinsey, he worked as a consultant in the electronics industry (Beijing, China) and as a project leader (process optimization and capacity management) in a global transport and logistics company. Daniele holds a Master’s degrees in Commercial Engineering (with a major in International Management), as well as in Construction Engineering and Project Management, both from Kassel University, Germany.
